Shrimp and Winter Melon Soup
1.
Treat the shrimps cleanly, pour a spoonful of cooking wine to grab a few times, and let them marinate for a while
2.
The small winter melon I bought, the big winter melon can be peeled vigorously, and the green color is kept less, or it is hard. Cut into slices, shred the ginger.
3.
Put an appropriate amount of water in the casserole, bring to a boil on high heat, add winter melon, ginger, and chive knots, and cook on medium heat
4.
Cut another green onion and set aside
5.
Cook until the winter melon is transparent, remove the chives
6.
Add the shrimps, sprinkle some salt, and continue to cook
7.
Wait for the shrimp to change color, cook for another minute, turn off the heat, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
If you have enough time, it’s best to buy fresh shrimps, peel them yourself and smoke the shrimps. I smoked a few and I was too tired. The shrimps are big and beautiful in color, hahaha.
