Vegetarian Fried Winter Melon

1 small winter melon, 1 jin, 1 dried sea rice, 1 onion, 1 ginger, and half a head of garlic.

Soak the dried sea rice.

Wash and control dry.

Peel the wax gourd and remove its flesh.

Cut into long strips.

Blanch the water, feel transparent and take it out.
