Shrimp Baked Rice

Prepare ingredients

Beat eggs, peas and corn in water, diced carrots and onions

Put the oil to heat, the onion is fragrant
4.
Carrots, peas and corn are added and stir-fried

Draw aside, pour the egg mixture

Stir fry with rice, add black pepper before serving

Wash the shrimps, put them in the pan and fry them on both sides for two minutes

Put the fried rice in a baking tray, spread cheese on top, and put prawns on it

Oven for 15 minutes
Tips:
You don’t need to fry the prawns and put them in the oven in between. I’m afraid it will have a fishy smell, so I fry them first.
