Shrimp Baked Rice
1.
Wash the tomatoes and remove the stems, cut into small pieces, put them in a pot and stir fry with olive oil
2.
Spread the sliced sausage and wash and cut the asparagus (if you can't buy this kind of sausage, I think you can use pizza sausage)
3.
Spread the cleaned rice (round rice is recommended, I use the long one because the one is the cheapest, and I usually only buy the one)
4.
Add the broth, sprinkle Shanghai salt evenly, and bring to a boil over high heat. If there is no stock, just use water
5.
After the water is boiled, spread the washed shrimp on the surface (if there are shellfish materials, also spread it). Pour wine on the surface of the shrimp, and then press to let it half soak in the soup
6.
Turn to medium and low heat to keep slightly boiling, cover and simmer, without turning halfway through, cook until the water is almost boiled and the rice grains are almost cooked
7.
Put the cooked rice in a container that can be put into the oven, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese, fragrant and rosemary on the surface
8.
Put it into the preheated oven at 180℃ and take it out when you see the melted cheese surface is slightly yellow
