Shrimp Balls

1. Shrimp and prawn thread, wash and marinate in salt for 5 minutes

2. Shrimp coated with dried starch

3. The oil is 50% hot, and the shrimps are added. The oil temperature should not be too high. High oil temperature will cause the outer coke of the shrimps to be unripe, and the oil temperature should not be low. Low oil temperature will cause the starch on the outside of the shrimps to be scattered due to the inability to quickly coagulate. After frying, fish out the shrimp

4. Put the shrimp in the frying pan again and re-fry

5. The shrimps are light golden brown after re-frying, remove them and set aside

6. Slice onion and green and red bell pepper, set aside

7. Cut raw pears and set aside

8. Put tomato sauce in the pot, add water, add a little white vinegar, add salt, chicken essence and sugar, mix well

9. Put onion slices and green and red pepper slices in the pot

10. Stir-fry the onion slices and the green and red pepper slices well

11. Put raw pear pieces in the pot and thicken with water starch

12. Put the fried shrimp in the pan

13. Stir-fry the prawns well and prepare to serve

14. Finished picture

Tips:

If you like pineapple, you can use pineapple instead of raw pears. The procedure is the same. Because I don’t like eating pineapple, I used raw pears😋
