Shrimp Balls with Garlic

The crayfish are headed, tendons removed, washed, and slightly marinated with cooking wine and salt.

Chop the garlic and cut the ginger into strips for later use.

Marinate the prawn tails, drain the water and sift with flour.

Pour the shrimp tails after the oil is hot.
