Shrimp Balls with Mashed Potatoes

1. Shrimp heads, shells, tails, and shrimp threads are removed.

9. Put it in a 80% hot oil pan, change to medium heat, and fry until golden brown

Tips:

When frying, the oil must be under the prawn balls for the maturity and color to be uniform.
