Shrimp Cake

Choose fresh shrimp.

Soak green onion, pepper and sweet rice wine together and set aside.

Use a food processor to grind the ginger to preserve the juice, and mix it with the soaked rice wine and pepper water. (In this step, wait until the prawns are chopped, let the pepper, green onion and rice wine soak for a while)
