Shrimp Chicken Wing Box

Wash the chicken wings to control the moisture, and use scissors to shave the two cartilage inside. Pour in the right amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, oil consumption, pepper, a little ginger, honey, green onion knot, then stir evenly and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for more than two hours, turning it over occasionally during the period.

Wash the fresh shrimp, remove the head, scare the line and scare the tendons. Then pour the same seasoning as the chicken wings for marinating.

Cut the cucumber into long strips and the red and yellow bell peppers into thin strips respectively, and then stuff a shrimp into each chicken wing, and add other ingredients according to the situation.

Pour oil in a hot pan. After the oil is hot, add the chicken wings and fry until golden on both sides. Sprinkle in garlic, ginger, and star anise and stir fry to create a fragrance. Pour in a small amount of light soy sauce to taste. You can add some hoisin sauce if you like!

Pour in an appropriate amount of hot water and keep it level with the chicken wings. Bring to a boil over high heat, simmer on medium heat until the sauce is reduced and start, turning over at the right time.
Tips:
There is no need to add salt throughout the process! If the sauce is less, you can add a small amount of salt!
