Shrimp Coleslaw

Prepare the ingredients.

Shred the cabbage and set aside.
3.
Shred the red pepper and carrot and set aside.

The cabbage is blanched in water first.

Then cool boiled water and put on a plate for later use.

Heat the pan, pour olive oil, add butter to melt it, sauté the garlic and shallots.
7.
Stir-fry the shrimp skins until fragrant, then add shredded carrots, shredded red peppers, stir-fry them and add some light soy sauce, salt and chicken essence to taste.
8.
Mix the cooked and tuned carrot shreds, red pepper shreds, shrimp skins and blanched cabbage shreds.
