Shrimp Congee

Break off the shrimp heads and handle them briefly.

Heat the pan with cool oil and wait for the oil to heat up and add the shrimp heads.
3.
Stir the shrimp head and add the shrimp tail.
4.
Add white porridge and bring to a boil over low heat.
5.
After boiling, add sliced ginger, pepper, salt and pepper, salt and chicken essence.
6.
Cook until thick and out of the pot.
7.
Sprinkle chopped coriander and eat it.
