Shrimp Cream Pasta

Cut garlic into minced garlic.

Shrimp to the shrimp thread, rinse with water, marinate with salt, rice wine, and chopped green onions for 30 minutes.

Heat the pot and pour olive oil into it, then pour the marinated shrimp into the stir-fry.

Pour olive oil in another pot to heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

While the soup is boiling, let's cook the pasta. After the water is boiled, add 1 tablespoon of salt, then add the butterfly noodles and cook for 10-12 minutes. Stir constantly while cooking to avoid sticking to the pan. Drain the water after the noodles are cooked.

Pour the cooked butterfly noodles into the soup and stir-fry evenly, then add the fried shrimps and stir evenly.

Put the butterfly noodles on a plate, sprinkle black pepper evenly on top.
