Shrimp Curry (homemade Southeast Asian Cuisine)

The condiments are cleaned and set aside

Open the back of the prawns to clean the internal organs (open the back can also make the shrimp more delicious during the cooking process)

Add oil and sauté ginger slices and garlic

Add the prawns and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. The prawns turn golden brown, serve and set aside

Fry carrots in oil in a clean pot, add curry, and stir well

Add the prawns, stir fry on low heat until the curry is flavorful

Then add coconut milk (add the amount according to personal preference)

Finally add the side dishes, stir fry, add some soy sauce and salt.
