Shrimp, Dried Taro, Shredded Radish

Rinse the dried shrimps and soak them in water to soften them.

Soak the konjac shreds by hand for 5-10 minutes.

Peel the radish and cut into thick strips.
4.
Heat the pan and saute the ginger slices.
5.
Add radish and dried shrimp and fry.

Pour the dried shrimp and some water and cook until the radish becomes soft. (Because I have to drink soup, I put a lot of water.)
7.
Rinse the scallops with water. (This fish scallop is made of fish meat in the shape of scallops. There is just a few left in the refrigerator, so they will be cooked together.)
8.
Put the konjac shreds and scallops in the water and boil.
9.
Season with salt and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
10.
A pot of soup.
