Shrimp Fried Rice

1. Prepare the eggs, shrimp, cucumber, ham, red pepper, and chopped green onion.

2. Put oil in the pan, add chopped green onion and stir fry, then add eggs.

3. Scramble the eggs.

4. Add the diced vegetables and diced ham and continue to fry, add a proper amount of salt to taste.

5. Add shrimp and continue to stir fry.

6. Add cold rice and stir-fry.

7. Out of the pot.
