Shrimp Golden Roll
1.
Raw material diagram. Mince pork (fat-lean ratio is about 2:8) and take 4-6 scallions.
2.
The shrimps don’t need to be chopped too much, and the eggs are beaten well.
3.
Add some salt, pepper, light soy sauce, cooking wine and a little sugar to the minced pork and mix well.
4.
Pour the green onion and ginger water into the minced pork (don't add too much, I only used a little bit of green onion and ginger in the picture), and beat it in one direction.
5.
Add the diced shrimp.
6.
Whip up strength in one direction.
7.
Rub a thin layer of oil on the pan. After the pan is hot, pour 1/2 of the egg mixture on a low heat. Shake the pan to make it evenly thick. When the side is tilted, turn it over and fry the other side slightly.
8.
Take out the egg slices and spread them on the chopping board. Take half of the meat and spread the egg slices evenly.
9.
After rolling, tie the knots with the green onion strips fished in boiling water.
10.
Brush a layer of oil on the steamer, put the egg rolls in, and steam for 7-10 minutes after the water is boiled.
11.
After the steamed egg rolls are taken out to cool slightly, sliced and put on a plate. It can be eaten as it is, or it can be dipped into a juice with extremely fresh, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
