Shrimp Gum Stuffed Okra

Wash the prawns and absorb the moisture

Use a knife to press into prawn paste

The prawn paste can be chopped and minced with a knife

Add cooking wine, ginger juice, white pepper and a little salt and stir well

Wash the bought okra

Tips:
Don’t add too much salt to the shrimp paste filling, or even add no salt, because the frozen shrimp I used with light soy sauce is added at the end, so I add cooking wine, ginger juice and white pepper, if it’s live. Shrimp peeled, as long as you add some cooking wine, you don’t need to add anything else
