The dough and pizza sauce are two nine-inch baking pans. The water absorption of different brands of flour is different. This time I used Zhongyu's bread wheat flour. Shrimp Ham Pizza

1. Prepare the ingredients for the pizza sauce, wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces, and chop the onions;

2. Put a little olive oil in the pan to heat up, add chopped onion and fry until transparent, then add the tomato cubes and stir-fry on medium-low heat. Add tomato paste and stir-fry on low heat until thick, add a little salt and sugar and stir well. Add appropriate amount of pizza straw and chopped black pepper and fry until the soup thickens, turn off the heat, set aside and let cool;

3. Peel off the shell of the shrimp, blanch it in boiling water, take it out and let it cool, and cut the ham slices into small pieces for later use. Put the green beans and corn kernels in boiling water and cook for 1 minute, then pour out and drain the water. , Let cool for later use;

4. Mix all the crust materials, knead until the surface of the dough is smooth and the gluten is malleable, roll it into a plate, and cover it with plastic wrap for fermentation;

5. When the dough is fermented to twice its size, take it out and vent it under light pressure, then divide it into 2 equal parts, round again, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes; (this dough is for two 9-inch baking pans)

6. Roll out the loosened dough into a round cake shape, and put it into a greased anti-stick pizza pan, the edge of the cake should be slightly higher;

7. Use a fork to make some small holes on the dough to prevent the crust from bulging in the middle during the baking process. Use a brush to brush a layer of egg liquid on the edge of the crust slightly higher;

8. Spread the fried pizza sauce evenly on the crust;

9. Sprinkle another layer of shredded mozzarella cheese;

10. Spread corn green beans and ham slices;

11. Sprinkle a little mozzarella on it and spread the shrimp evenly;

12. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees in advance, put the pizza dough in the middle of the oven, bake it for 15 minutes and then take it out;

13. Spread another layer of mozzarella, put it in the oven and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
