Shrimp Head Winter Melon Soup

The shrimp heads are ready.

Winter melon slices.
3.
Cut the green onions, ginger, and garlic for later use.
4.
Fry the shrimp heads out of butter, add green onion, ginger and garlic.
5.
Put the winter melon slices in the pot and fry them slightly.
6.
Add water to the ingredients and simmer for ten minutes.
7.
Add shredded kelp, add salt, and serve.
