It is easy to lose appetite in summer, and a sweet and sour shrimp in tomato sauce can make people's appetite wide. The tomato sauce I used to make it, because it contains sugar, there is no need to put sugar in the process, but if you use tomato sauce to make this dish, it is recommended to add half a teaspoon of sugar.

Ingredients

Shrimp in Tomato Sauce

1. After thawing the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread, wash and add rice wine, a little salt, and marinate for ten minutes to remove the fishy taste

2. Mix tomato sauce, salt, and water into a bowl of juice for later use, and chop garlic for later use

3. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic diced

4. Pour the juice into a bowl, high heat

5. Put in the marinated shrimps, bring to a boil, stir with a spatula, so that all the shrimps are covered with soup

6. After about three minutes, the soup will be slightly thicker, just turn off the heat

Tips:

In order to be delicious and not fat, I used my own cooking method, haha. The traditional method is to pour out the oil from the shrimp first, adjust the bowl of juice and use cornstarch to thicken the thickened oil, then put the shrimp in, stir evenly, and then get out of the pan. Please don't call me a creative master, I will cry.
