Shrimp Miso Soup

Prepare materials.

Prepare miso.
3.
Soak the clams in water and spit out sand and wash them.
4.
Wash the kelp and cut into diamond-shaped pieces.

Cut tofu into thick slices.

Shrimp to the shrimp line, clean.

Add water to the boiling pot, put the kelp and white jade mushroom into the boiling pot.

Add tofu and cook.

Add the clams and shrimp and cook together. Cook until the clams open. The shrimp changes color. Add two tablespoons of miso and stir until the miso melts. Sprinkle a little chives when eating.
Tips:
1. Don't make too much miso soup at a time, because miso is not suitable for heating back and forth, so cook and eat as you please.
2. Shrimp go to the shrimp line beforehand and clean it up.
3. The clams should be spit in the sand before cooking.
