Shrimp Mixed with Spinach

After thawing the shrimps, add salt and cornstarch to soak them for later use;

Wash spinach, drain and prepare;
3.
Boil water in a pot, blanch the shrimps and drain;

In the same pot of water, add ginger slices, salt, and blanch the spinach;

Add salt and chopped green onion to the eggs and beat them up;
6.
Heat the oil pan, lay the eggs and fry them until they are scattered;
7.
Cut the squeezed spinach into small pieces;
8.
Add blanched shrimps, scrambled eggs, sprinkle with sauteed white sesame seeds, pour in sesame oil, mix well, put on a plate and sprinkle cashew nuts!
Tips:
The ingredients have been prepared with salt beforehand, so there is no soy sauce or chicken essence when mixing. I personally think it tastes good and eats healthier!
