Shrimp Mushroom Stuffed with Mushrooms

1. Shrimp peeled and chopped slightly

2. Soak the mushrooms in warm water with a spoonful of sugar and blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes, then squeeze out the water.

3. Mix the shrimp glue and mud fish paste, add salt, sugar, and a small amount of cornstarch. Use chopsticks to stir clockwise until the glue is formed

4. Stuff the shrimp glue, heat a wok with a little oil, fry it, put a bowl of water and cook until the water is almost dry, use oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sugar to make gorgon sauce and add tail oil to the plate.

Tips:

1. Don't chop too much; 2. Just fry it for a while.
