Shrimp Noodles

Peel the shrimp and remove the shrimp thread, keep the shrimp head, shred the dried tofu, slice the shiitake mushrooms, wash and set aside

Heat a little oil in a pan, fry the mushrooms until soft, add the dried tofu and cook for later use.

Put the cooked noodles in cold water and set aside

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the ginger shreds, add the shrimp head and boil the oil, press out the shrimp yellow,

Put some water, add the shrimps and cook for one minute, remove the shrimp heads,

Add dried tofu and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry evenly, add noodles, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, some dark soy sauce, and a spoonful of oil, stir fry for a good taste
