Shrimp Northern Tofu

Ingredients: North tofu, carrots, shrimps, peas. Seasoning: chopped green onion, chicken broth, salt, water starch, etc.

Cut the tofu into small square pieces and put a knife on it.

Set a pot on the fire, add an appropriate amount of water and a little salt to blanch the tofu thoroughly and remove it for later use.

Shrimp shell, shrimp thread, take the shrimp and set aside.

Use a knife to cut the carrots into peas-like granules, and blanch them for later use.

Put the pot on the fire, add oil and heat, stir in the chopped green onion, and pour the chicken broth.

When the chicken broth is boiled, add tofu, vegetable cubes, shrimps, add a little salt and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Just pour in water starch before serving.
