Shrimp Oil

1. Separate the head and tail after washing the prawns

2. Put the right amount of oil in the pot

3. Put in the shrimp head

4. Stir-fry until the shrimp turns red and add some salt

5. Drain the shrimp oil

6. Finished product

Tips:

The fried shrimp heads can be made into powder with a food processor for seasoning
