Shrimp Oil Noodle

Add the rice wine to the shrimp heads, mix well and let stand for half an hour, then pick up

Prepare noodles and chopped green onions

Pour the oil in a hot pan, add the shrimp heads under warm oil and turn to medium heat to simmer into shrimp oil

Remove the shrimp head and remove it from the foam filter bowl

In another pot, boil the water, add the noodles, add a few shrimp heads and bring to a boil

Season the noodles with salt after they are cooked

Add fresh soy sauce

Add the shrimp oil, mix well and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat

Put it into a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion
Tips:
1. I use the noodles I made by myself, if I buy it from outside, I need to change the water for cooking the noodles;
2. I like to use red soup for the soup base. If you like white soup, don't add soy sauce.
