Shrimp Oil Noodle

Use Joyoung noodle machine to make noodles. Choose the die according to your preference. There are five types of die and one dumpling wrapper mold.

Decapitate the shrimp, peel off the shell, add cooking wine and ginger to marinate for a while. Heat oil in the pot, pour the shrimp heads, press with a shovel, press out the shrimp oil, don't take out the shrimp heads.

Put the chopped green onion in the prawn sauce pan and fry until fragrant, pour a small tomato, and stir out the tomato juice. Put in sliced shiitake mushroom balls.
