Shrimp Okara Balls

Add a small amount of rice wine to the shrimp head and smash it in a food processor.

Add the mashed shrimp to the bean dregs, add salt, pepper, ginger powder, oil, and mix well.

Add flour and water to make a batter. (The amount of water should be added according to the dryness and wetness of the bean dregs, I adjusted it a little bit thinly)
4.
Squeeze the batter out of the ball by hand.
5.
Coat with breadcrumbs.
6.
Fry in a frying pan until golden brown, remove and drain the oil and serve.
