Shrimp Okra Skewers

Wash the okra, add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and boil, add the okra to blanch it, and the color will darken.

Cut the blanched okra into small pieces.

Skewer the cut okra on a bamboo skewer, and then skewer a cooked shrimp.

Pour a little oil into the pot and heat it up. Add the okra skewers, sprinkle a little salt, fry until slightly golden, turn over and fry again

Crispy, tender and tender, very delicious~
Tips:
For the shrimp, I use the shrimp that my mother has fried. If you use raw shrimp, you must blanch it first.
I only use salt for the seasoning and add it as I like.
