Shrimp Pizza

Put 210g of high-gluten flour, 90g of low-gluten flour, 180g of water, 22g of corn oil, 15g of fine sugar, 3g of yeast powder, and 1.5g of salt into the inner bun of the bread machine, and put the salt and yeast on both ends;

Start the "kneading" program and knead the dough to the expansion stage;

Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and ferment to double its size in a warm and moist place;

Shrimp shelled, shrimp intestines, washed; mozzarella cheese grated; sweet peppers and green peppers washed;

Wipe the sweet peppers and green peppers dry, and cut into circles; add appropriate amount of salt, black pepper powder, cooking wine to the shrimps, pick them well, and marinate for a good taste; after the shrimps are marinated for a good taste, wash off the water with a kitchen paper towel;

Prepare a 9-inch pizza tray;

After the dough is fermented, take it out;

Divide the dough into two parts: the ratio of the two parts is 2:1; one of the dough is a thick-bottomed pizza, and the other is a thin-bottomed pizza; roll both doughs into a 9-inch round pizza base;

Put the pizza dough into the pizza tray and pierce the holes with a fork;

Brush with olive oil;

Brush with a layer of tomato sauce;

Sprinkle with appropriate amount of basil and black pepper;

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and spread with shrimps;

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, top with sweet pepper rings, green pepper rings, and then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese;

Use the same method to make a 9-inch thin-bottomed shrimp pizza;

After preheating the oven at 180 degrees, put the pizza pan in the middle of the oven and bake for 20 minutes;

Tips:
1. The mold I use does not need to be greased; if it is other easy-to-stick molds, butter or corn oil is required to prevent sticking;
2. The temperature of the oven can be adjusted according to your own oven power and temper;
