Shrimp Pot with Tomato Sauce

From the frying pan, stir-fry the prawns in oil for two minutes and serve.

Raise the frying pan again, and fry the tomatoes 🍅 out of the tomato sauce.

Stir-fried tomatoes, carrots, tofu in oil, tofu skin, quail eggs, put in a casserole, add boiling water, and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Put the fried shrimp in, add fine salt, and simmer for 2 minutes.

Uncover the lid and sprinkle with chopped green onion, and serve with a bowl of rice. Drink the soup while eating. It is delicious and warm after eating.
