Shrimp Roll

Chop the shrimp and set aside.

Add a little salt, light soy sauce, pepper, and cooking wine and mix well.

Add chopped green onion, mix well and set aside.

Mix two eggs and set aside.

Brush the non-stick pan with a layer of bottom oil, lay the egg liquid and fry into egg skins for later use.

Roll up from one end.
