Shrimp Salad with Avocado

Prepare the materials.

Remove the shells of the shrimp, pick the shrimp intestines and wash the shrimp, add some salt, black pepper, squeeze a few drops of lemon juice, mix well and marinate.

Wash lettuce and purple cabbage clean and tear off small pieces.

Peel the avocado and cut into small pieces and add it to a bowl. I personally prefer the raw avocado.

Add some olive oil to the pan and fry the shrimp.

In a bowl, add olive oil, salt, mustard sauce, mixed herbs, squeeze the lemon juice and stir to mix evenly.
7.
Put the fried shrimps in a bowl and pour in the prepared salad sauce.
8.
Finally, add dried cranberries and almonds and mix well.
