Shrimp Sauce and Green Onion Quiche

Prepared ingredients.

Chop the green onions into finely chopped pieces.

Add all the ingredients together.

Add water, a little salt and mix well to form a paste.

Heat the pan with cold oil and add half of the batter.

Turn the pot to make the batter evenly stick to the wall of the pot, and fry for about 2 minutes on medium and low heat.

Tips:
Shrimp paste contains high salt content, so there is no need to add too much salt.
