Shrimp Seaweed Beef Ball Soup

1. Soak seaweed and wash with water; wash beef balls.

2. The dried shrimps are soaked in clean water, drained, and then crushed with a blender.

3. After the water is boiled, add the minced shrimps, add ginger slices and beef balls to a boil and cook until the beef balls are noodles.

4. Add seaweed and stir well, then add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
