Shrimp Skin Stewed Tofu

Cut the tofu into thin slices and soak in salt water for 15 minutes to remove the flavor.

6g shallots are sliced, 3g ginger shall be shredded, and coriander shall be cut into sections.

Add oil after the pan is hot, add ginger, green onion, and chili bean paste to fry it until fragrant.

Add a bowl of water, add the drained tofu and dried shrimp skins.
