Shrimp Slip

Add some water, especially running water, the thawing will be quick

Don’t cut too small, just medium

Tips:
1. Add less seasoning and starch, otherwise it will steal the umami taste. 2. When stirring, always stir in one direction, so that you can work hard, and the taste will be springy when you shabu the hot pot!
