Shrimp Steamed Egg·

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Beat the eggs, add a little salt, and beat gently.

3. Add appropriate amount of warm water and stir again.

4. Then strain the egg liquid.

5. Wrap with plastic wrap.

6. Put it into a steamer and steam it over high heat.

7. Remove the mud and intestines from the shrimp, wash and cut into small cubes for later use.

8. The egg liquid is steamed semi-solidified and put into the shrimp (about 15 minutes).

9. Steam again until the egg is cooked through (steam for another 10 minutes).

10. When eating, sprinkle a little green onion, sesame oil, and steamed fish soy sauce.

Tips:

The egg liquid should be whipped lightly, and it is best not to make a lot of foam.

The amount of water is about one and a half times that of eggs, and warm water is best.

Filter the egg liquid and then steam it to make the steamed custard taste smoother.

The steaming time is subject to the amount of your own egg liquid, and the time for less eggs should be adjusted accordingly.
