Shrimp Steamed Egg

Prepare shiitake mushrooms, eggs and fresh shrimps.

Shrimp shelled and washed, and the shrimp thread was removed from the back with a knife.

Cut the shiitake mushrooms into slices.

Tips:
1. Because the eggs and shrimp are already very delicious, it is not recommended to add chicken essence and other seasonings.
2. The salt must be added less, so as not to affect the freshness.
