Shrimp Stir-fried Double Wire

Shrimp skin, water bamboo, chive moss, shred the water bamboo, cut the chive moss into sections, and rinse the dried shrimp skins in water.

Stir-fry the shrimp skins in oil and heat.

Stir-fry the prawn skins until the rice whites are fragrant. When the rice whites become soft, add the leek moss and salt, continue to fry, and turn off the heat for about one minute.
