Shrimp Sushi

Prepare the ingredients

Prawns peeled and blanched
3.
Beaten eggs and fry them into pancakes

Cut cucumber, carrot and egg cake into strips

Add rice to sushi vinegar and mix well

Spread a layer of rice on the seaweed

Spread the sliced vegetable strips, add shrimps, and sprinkle some salad dressing

Use sushi rolls to roll the seaweed, as tight as possible

Cut into about 2 cm thick and eat directly or dipped in sushi soy sauce
Tips:
For sushi vinegar, you can use 3 tablespoons of white vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt, and stir evenly. When laver is topped with rice, leave some space at both ends
