Shrimp Tofu

4 small pieces of soft tofu and 10 shrimps.

Cut the soft tofu into small pieces, peel off the shrimp heads and shells of the shrimps (don't throw them away, it's useful), and marinate the shrimp with a little salt and starch for a while.

Heat the prawn heads and prawn shells in a hot pan until fragrant.

Place half a bowl of water and bring out the flavor.

Remove all the shrimp heads and shells, leaving the soup in the pot.

Add an appropriate amount of salt, then add the cut soft tofu and shrimps and boil for 2 minutes. Add the gorgon juice blended with starch, water and chicken powder, and shake the pot lightly to make the gorgon juice blend with the soup. Until the soup is thickened.

Bring out the pot, put it on a plate, put coriander leaves for decoration, and you're done!
