Shrimp Tofu

Prepared materials.

Wash the shrimp and chop into puree.
3.
Add cooking wine, salt and cornstarch to the shrimp paste.

Cut the tofu into thick slices.
5.
Shrimp paste is spread on tofu and sandwiched between two slices of tofu.
6.
Coat with crispy fried powder.
7.
Pour oil in a non-stick pan, add tofu in the oil and fry on low heat until golden on both sides.
8.
Serve out of the pot.
Tips:
The Japanese tofu is cut in the middle, and the tofu does not fall apart easily.
