Shrimp, Tomato and Egg Soup

Cut tomatoes into pieces, peel and shred cucumbers, wash and chop parsley, shred ginger, and cut green onions. Homemade shrimp peeled and sliced into slices.

Add oil to the pot, stir-fry the green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Add the tomato cubes and stir fry with a little salt.

Stir-fry the tomatoes until they are mushy.

After the tomatoes are fried into a paste, add water and shrimps to the pot according to the amount of rice.

Slowly pour the stirred egg liquid into the rotating spoon. After the soup is boiled, sprinkle the coriander and cucumber shreds out of the pot.
Tips:
Elderly people suffering from allergic rhinitis, bronchitis, and recurrent allergic dermatitis should not eat shrimp as a motility, and people with skin scabies should not eat it.
