Shrimp Tomato Pasta
1.
Prepare the ingredients you need. Ham sausage is optional. If onions are better, you can also add a few asparagus.
2.
Cut the butter into a small piece for later use, cut the ham sausage into diamond-shaped slices, remove the head and shell of the shrimp, clean it, and cut the tomato into thick slices.
3.
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, boil it, add the pasta after the water is boiled and cook, and sprinkle a spoonful of salt at the same time, so that the cooked pasta is easy to taste. When cooking the pasta, cook the pasta on high heat for two minutes, then turn to medium and low heat. About seven or eight minutes.
4.
Take the cooked pasta out, rinse it with warm water and set aside. If it is to be used the next day, you can cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for storage.
5.
Prepare a clean pot, add a piece of butter, and melt over medium-low heat.
6.
Then add the tomato chunks and stir fry until the tomatoes are juicy and look rusty.
7.
Then add the ham slices and continue to stir-fry the shrimps. At this time, the heat can be increased.
8.
When the shrimp changes color, you can add an appropriate amount of water, two tablespoons of spaghetti sauce, a little rosemary, and boil the sauce together with the ingredients.
9.
When the soup is thick, pour the cooked pasta in, stir fry evenly, and add a little salt to taste according to the taste.
10.
Spread the soup evenly on the pasta and it's ready to be out of the pot! Isn't it super simple?
Tips:
Stir-fried spaghetti must be made with butter, ordinary cooking oil does not taste fragrant, the taste of the pasta made will be very strange;
If you like the taste of black pepper, you can replace rosemary with crushed black pepper;
You can fry the spaghetti sauce yourself, or you can buy it online or in the supermarket. It is a little troublesome to make it yourself, so I bought it from the supermarket.
