Shrimp with Mushroom and Black Bean Sauce

Prepare shrimp and tempeh with shiitake mushrooms

After washing the shrimp, remove the shrimp gun and open the back to the end of the shrimp tail to remove the shrimp thread

Tips:
1. Different brands of tempeh have different tastes, according to their own seasoning
2. The hot oil must be poured on the chopped green onions to stir up the fragrance and taste better.
