Shrimp with Sauce
1.
Wash the prawns.

Remove the shrimp heads and shells.
3.
Take three knives from the back of the shrimp and remove the shrimp string.

Wash the cabbage and purple cabbage and cut into thin strips.
5.
Add hoisin sauce and Thai chili sauce to the bowl. Grated cheese and salad dressing.
6.
Mix well and set aside.
7.
Place the cabbage and purple cabbage on the bottom of the plate.
8.
Heat olive oil in the pot.
9.
Add the shrimps.
10.
Fry on low heat.
11.
Put the fried shrimp on top of the shredded coleslaw.
12.
Pour the adjusted sauce on the shrimp.
Tips:
There is no olive oil that can be replaced by ordinary cooking oil.
Use low heat when frying.
