Shrimp with Yuba and Spicy Sauce

Ingredients: yuba (soaked)

Fresh shrimp (cleaned)

Chives

Korean Chili Sauce

Put the soaked yuba on the chopping board and cut into sections, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the shrimps, add some cooking wine and stir fry.

Then, add the yuba, put some Korean chili sauce, and add some water.

Stir fry until cooked.

Then, add some salt and chicken essence.

Season and stir well, put in chives, and serve.
