Chop into shrimp paste, add an egg yolk and a small amount of chopped fat pork, add a trace of salt to taste

Take a small wonton wrapper, put the shrimp meat in the middle, and pinch the wonton wrapper around as shown in the figure

Spread the eggs into egg skins, shred them and set aside

Bring the water to a boil, add the small wontons, boil them, and wait for the small wontons to float up. The small wontons are thin and easy to rot

Scoop it up and put it in the stock prepared in advance, sprinkle with shredded egg and seaweed.
